Send lateness notices, from One prompt

Bernat Farrero· CEO

Our CEO shows a use case of One, our AI personal agent. In this video he asks One who clocked in late last week, then he asks it to write a lateness notice for each of them and send them all for e-signature.

In this series, Bernat Farrero, CEO of Factorial, shows different use cases of One, Factorial's AI personal agent. In this one, he shows how to find everyone who clocked in late last week and send each of them a written notice to sign, without leaving the chat.

Until now, dealing with late arrivals meant checking the clock-ins One by One, writing a notice for each person, printing it and chasing the signatures. Now you ask One who was late and to notify them, and One writes one notice per person and sends them all for e-signature.

What One does for you:

  • Finds who was late: One compares each employee's scheduled start with their first clock-in, lists the delays and leaves out approved absences and holidays.

  • Writes one notice per person: each document carries the employee's name, the date, the scheduled time and the actual clock-in, so nobody gets a generic letter.

  • Asks before sending: One saves the notices in each employee's documents and requests the e-signatures only after you confirm. The signature acknowledges receipt, not agreement.

  • Keeps the record in Factorial: every notice stays in the employee's documents, in the folder you chose.

Want to try it with your team? Open One and ask who clocked in late last week.
